another day with hazril... and bumping into people

so i met hazril again for talking today.

had lunch and then talked for most of the time initially at centerpoint.

wanted to surprise chahat by dropping by at her work place, but i couldnt spot her. obviously, i wouldnt go inside, since its a women's clothing store. it'd be funny to see two guys flocking inside.

so walked to hmv to check out some CDs, we were listening to couple of tracks from lenny's new album as well some some other notable albums.

oh and i met ms. chong, my ex-council teacher there, along with mr. ong. havent seen em for so long, it felt good, even when i talked to them for barely 5 minutes.

i went back to wheelock place to check more about the mac, found out quite a bit of info, i guess i'll be getting my laptop when i get back there afterall. it is a lil costly, but i think it might be worth it, im not sure. i gotta study the quotations given to my dad from dell and IMB again.

as we went to lido to wait for kim and siyan, i bumped into audrey and albert there. and then whye kiat was studying right next to their table. talked to him for a while too, he was taking a break from studying for his block test 2. i think he's the first one in singapore ive met so far who actually knew about georgia tech. phew, at least someone knew about the school! so far i kept having to tell people that it wasnt a community college or whatever.

oh, marc, listen up, both audrey and albert is heading to toronto! though its a lil far from BC, its nice to have someone around in the country eh? and meyer is supposedly in indiana, so the contingent is growing in north america.

yeah, so went back, talked to william's and aly's mom for a while, to update on what's been going on, even she doesnt seem to have heard of georgia tech. its such a small school, im not surprised.

ive deliberated about this before, i dont care if people know about it anymore, so long as potential employers know the quality of tech graduates, im fine. afterall, its the reputation from the insiders that count.

yeah, the day went by pretty quick.

might drop by to SA to see how the dance is goin on, later on, i'll be meeting rachel.

gosh, that's another person ive not met for a long time.
