oh, i forgot to type this in yesterday, but alicia keys came on on-air with ryan seacrest yesterday and i found out that she actually had a chance to go to columbia university? its one of the 8 ivy leagues, before u ask. now, i know there r many unis named columbia so im not sure if its the ivy one, but the fact tt ryan seacrest mentioned in an astonishing manner should confirm the fact tt it is an ivy.

wow. but she gave it up to go to a music sch or somethin. o well, the 5 grammys prove tt it was the right decision.

cant really believe tt i actually listened to her when she was only 16 in the men in black soundtrack, before her big debut n all. she sounded lil different, but she still had tt soulful vibe to her. its one track i still listen to at night time to time.

oh, n did u also know tt keys was an avid swimmer? apparantly she's quite gd. she said tt if she couldnt make it as an artist, she would hav been training n preparin to get into the US Olympics team for 2008.
