downtown chicago

okay, it felt so good to see tall buildings high concentration of buildings and congested traffic after 3 months of living in an suburb. i guess i was suffering from suburbia afterall. this weird excitement filled me as i saw the tallest US building, the Sears Tower. and as we were driving past it, i took one of the best shots ive ever taken.

but my my. seeing the traffic, trains across the city, people walking, shops, made me feel real gd.

fine, i want to live in a nice secluded suburb, but i guess i need to go to the city from time to time afterall.

there was a wedding right in the middle of the city, someone rented a tram to transport the people and they offloaded everyone in the middle of the street, so obviously the traffic was held up, and it didnt help that there was a memorial day performance by various high school marching bands.

but all n all, it was a fantastic day. pity it wasnt a clear day, so we basically went around navy pier and didnt really walk through the major buildings and such. but i shall do that the next time i get to do those things.
