gd day today! phy prac was tougher than usual, but the nature of it was interestin. there were two questions, one of em being the usual oscillation, however, without the measurin of period, but the decreasin amplitude as oscillation continues. it was tryin to find out tt when a piece of paper is attached, coz of its surface area, it dampens the amplitude faster (for non-physics ppl, damping refers to the process whereby natural frequency is altered n its amplitude changed.) n how the change in surface area influences the amplitude. i tot it was kinda cool. second one is another usual connect circuit, find how a diode behaves n all. unusual graph. usually in phy prac, most graphs follow a straight line and a certain equation, but not this one. diode's resistance behaves rather oddly, so it was like, straight line, then suddenly jumps up vertically. all in all, it was gd. as i said b4, u cant get things wrong in phy prac.

so tt ends my sch wk till 1 wk later, while we waste another holiday to studyin. its the last one, but the next holiday tt comes to us, it'll b a long long one. it'll almost b a yr one for me since uni starts in september. i think we all deserve a long break esp considerin we didnt really hav any sort of holiday since last yr. since i joined council last yr, the first proper holiday was blown wif the leadership trainin camp, then study for common tests. there was a wk holiday exactly a yr back, but tt too was spent on some council project i think. then the end of yr was gone again on hostin the grad nite, orientation, etc. in jc2, orientation 2, etc etc or studyin for exams. so as u see, JC students havent had proper holiday for like almost 2 yrs. so gettin at least 6 mths off everythin is askin for the minimum. im gonna enjoy mine globetrottin in US, Japan and Bangladesh before i finally leave for America. cant wait for it.

and the highlight of the day must, must hav been Pirates of the Caribbean : curse of the black pearl. my goodness. i knew it was gonna b gd, but didnt expect it to b too gd. it was fantastic! at the end of the movie, i was left feelin, my goodness, i've not seen such a gd movie since The Matrix! n tt was like couple of yrs back. i liked Lord of The Rings, but this, this.. oh boy. Interestin storyline, good scenes, impressive cast (Keira Knightly is juz... *jaw drops*) and not forgettin, its god darn funny! u wont find a good combination of all these so easily nowadays i tell ya. blockbusters r always missin some piece, but this justifies wat i mean by a good movie. it lasted for 2 hrs 20 odd mins, but it was so good, i din even feel it was tt long! to b honest, i can watch it over n over again. n i wont get bored coz Johnny Depp was so good! when ure watchin it, it seems as though the story can continue forever. I always liked 17th, 18th century movies n those pirates ones r hard to find. they should really make a sequel of this movie. see where the pirates end up next n all. heard it was based on a book, n i juz hope its juz not it n there r more episodes. i give it 5 and a half stars out of 5, really, i was so impressed by it.

yea, not much to say today, coz the movie n phy prac was it. not much philosophical stuff today. or rather, i cant think of any right now. usually i'll always be thinkin of some issue, but not today. maybe some other time. tomorrow is another day of nothingness. prob meet my best friend n catch up on time.
