alrite... quite interestin day today compared to the past few days. as usual, woke up at 0930, started a little stats revision once again. i was goin to junwen's place at 1 before he left for tokyo tonight. so after havin my lunch n let my computer download MTV Punk'd episodes while i was gone, i made my way to his place. wat i didnt hav in mind was tt junwen n mike, who joined us little later on, were goin to gym at his estate n work out. since i didnt hav much of a choice n didnt hav anythin else to do, i decided i join em for some work out myself. i only got one thing on my mind when it comes to work out, my lower half of body. unlike my upper body, which is not developed, my lower half rather is bulky for my small body. prob coz of a lot of quick movements wif soccer. so i was juz thinkin of trainin my thigh, calf n quadraceps. n a little runnin, which i havent done in a long while. a good workout it was today. started wit thigh excercise, then to quadraceps. junwen taught me some basic stuff for upper body coz he told me the body grows together so i cant juz build on my lower half. then i ran the cycle for 5km, even though i originally intended for 10km, seein tt the place was quite borin, i couldnt go on without good music n scenary. 10km would hav been a mental test as well. then i rather warmed down by running 1 km. i've more or less lost my stamina ever since the SARS break when 2.4km was a east 10-11 mins thing. now its 12-13, which isnt good. once i go to uni, i'm gonna make fitness my own hobby. i could feel it while i was workin out today. of cuz, one off things like these doesnt do any good nor harm, so i gotta do quite often once i'm there. coz in US, if u dont do anythin, u juz gain weight so easily. its so easy i tell u. its the food. even my uncle told me tt. i'm gonna make 2.4 a regular, n then move up to 5km, or even 20-30 min run. it'll keep me fit n i'll b havin somethin to do. being in leadership position since forever, i've realised it takes a lot of time off my own time. so i wont b joinin student government or council at all in the US. besides, i dont wanna b occupied with anythin at all tt'll keep me away from consolidatin my GPA which will b very crucial. mayb the most i might do is joinin intramural or varsity soccer. but i dont feel good bt the obligation to go trainin. i wanna do at my own pace, at my own time.

yea, then was at junwen's place for while, talkin crap, n then made short trip to orchard while junwen got some CDs to burn. went home, played soccer, stopped playin much after realisin i was pushin my body a little too much for the day.

my cousin came over for the night, he's here from bangladesh on business. he's one of the oldest one tt i can talk to. there r lotsa older ones but i'm not really on talkin terms, more like i dont know them that well. he's real funny n all. he'll b stayin here till sunday, so he'll b comin over to my place almost every night, i hope.

yea, tt's pretty much it... i'm rather exhausted by all the workouts so takin a little earlier sleep today. chill out fellas..
