kay... shearer signed a new contract tt'll keep him at newcastle till end of 04-05 campaign. he might retire after tt, bringin an end to his illustrious career. he'll b a goal scorer not to b forgotten. a whole new spotlight is being highlighted upon the successor to england's 9, wayne rooney for now, but let shearer hav his time for now. in the next 2 yrs tt he has, he surely wants to bring at least a cup to his home town club. tt'll b a great endin to his career. i mean, tt's the dream of any boy who grows up supportin a club. mayb he might succeed sir bobby robson as manager, most probably. i think he's the long term guy for the gaffer's job. i'm lookin forward to the future. for now, any sort of fantasy glory can b achieved only by playin CM4. i've brought them glory, tt i remember. a championship after... 80 odd years..! tt'll b sweet when it becomes reality.

talkin bt wayne rooney, his club, everton will b playin newcastle this saturday at goodison park. clashe of titans tt is. the new england no 9 vs the retired england no 9. plus, there r quite a number of ex newcastle players currently playin in everton too. pistone, ferguson and watson used to play superbly for newcastle. newcastle hav started out miserably so far this season n this is the first match tt i wont get to watch this season. hope they kick start with a bang, but everton r quite gd. fingers crossed for another victory march for the Toon Army.

did physics n maths today. had maths tuition, clarified whatever i could from the prelims booklet. i can sit for maths C p2 more or less now, but i wont do well. juz tt i can do more or less. SA papers r damn tough as we all know by now. so yea. did ACJC phy prelim 02, damn, i pity those guys. it was so confusin! even the simplest of them were so tough n all. or is it my lack of preparation. i've gotta do them tomorrow again to consolidate. if not, there wont even b a gd result for prelims. phy is the one i'm counting on.

theres the mid autumn festival thing at HCJC tomorrow, junli told me last nite. i was quite impressed wif it last yr n am goin this time too. i only hoped tt this exam thing was off my back, so tt i wont hav any lingerin thoughts at the back of my head tt'll keep botherin me. i'm not sure who else will b there, gonna ask couple more ppl tomorrow. most prob everyone's muggin so they might choose not to go. i'd say, take a break. we're all killin our brains out.

at the end of tuition, my tutor showed me wat she (she does elec engin in NUS) was doin in her lab. she showed this electrical circuit tt was part of a remote in makin remote controlled car. i remember long time ago i used to assemble those stuff n make cars or models. cool! i can do them again n this time learn about it! now there's somethin cool to look forward to if i decide to do elec engin. she said last yr was stopwatch, this yr, at the expense of 150 or somethin, remote controlled car. i havent done electrical assemblin since my days in UWC when we made a electrical dice, n tt was quite cool too.

wat else... nothin much else i guess. o johnny cash died. he's a country supremo, havent heard his song, but mayb i might now. at least try them out. never bothered to listen to country seriously, but i'll giv it a shot. tried ZZ Top yesterday. everyone will recognise their 'La Grange' tt was absolute classic of wat u call 70s rock. u can listen to tt one over n over again. it jus sounds too gd.

been readin Alex Ferguson's autobiography when i go to sleep n hav some free time. i'm at a part where he finally retires from professional playin. he's about to go to management. his playin carrer, most ppl dunno bt this, is quite interestin. most think he never had a gd playin carrer, but he was top scorer wif rangers n other clubs in some seasons. he never actually won any competition by playin, gettin v close to it, but we all know wat happened after he went into management. its providin me gd company coz i got difficulty goin to sleep. but its a gd read. i'll definately go buy n read wat shearer or sir bobby has to say about their careers.. it kinda tempted me to go try the scottish league in CM4 which is predominantly conquered by rangers or celtic. but its amazin how those two can continue competin wif eachother.

talkin bt clubs, i'm happy tt fiorentina finally got off to their serie B campaign. on their way back to serie A where they used ot belong. but its gonna b tough. v tough. skippin a division is no mean feat. but i think they can do it. they must b the most loyally supported n high profile club outside of italy's top divison. of cuz the only guy remainin after the disaster is di livio, but he's gonna b instrumental in bring the club forward. they drew against triestina 1-1 for their first official match.

now i've got two clubs i'm keepin my eyes on except newcaslte. fiorentina and west ham. west ham's another nightmare, wif em in div 1 now in england, but i think they'll do enough to get a play off berth. they're doin ok at the moment, so we'll see how the season progresses.
